ВPopulation sampled: 16+ years old residents of Belarus who are not currently in hospital, jail, military service (besides public opinion poll the questioning of youth at the age from 16 to 30 years was conducted by clustered random, 680 in number, with the representative error not more then 4 per cent, tools of national and youth polls are equivalent)
