- Belarus with the help of Russia is building a nuclear power plant in Ostrovets district of Grodno region. Recently the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania delivered a note of incident at the construction site. The Ministry of Energy of Belarus denied the claims, but in the end admitted that “the supporting structure of formwork was partially damaged in the course of pouring concrete”.
